How old do you have to be to reserve a hotel room?

Specificly for Hyatt hotels.
My friend says 21, because of alcohol in the fridge..
But I was planning to stay at the hotel after my prom this year.
Does anyone know if you can reserve if you're 18?

18 and a debit card at least. And not all hotels have mini fridges stocked with alcohol. Those are the nice ones and I'm betting that being only 18 and having to use a hotel room for after the prom, you don't have the money for one of those anyway. I've rented 3 hotel rooms in the last year, and I was 18-19. Have fun!

check with whatever hotel you want to stay at but you most likely have to be 18 with a major credit card.
