Travel taxes(1620php) and terminal fee(720php)?

I am leaving very soon. I am from Philippines and going to the U.S.Now i am confused with the travel taxes and terminal fee.My flight will be from cebu-manila, then manila to U.S destination.When I am in cebu do i have to pay the 2340 pesos and another 2340 pesos in manila?

You have to pay the terminal fee in Cebu and Manila. You pay the travel tax on your flight from Manila to the US. Your traveling domestically from Cebu to Manila so you don't pay the travel tax, however you have to pay the terminal use fee in both places. Your flight from Manila to the USA is international so you pay the travel tax in Manila.
