If you've found the hotel, then you are on their regular booking site, not their "offer" or "negotiate" site.
Their "negotiate" site doesn't tell you the hotel until after you've booked. Go back to the main priceline page, click in the "name your own price" section on "bid now" under hotels (the center box under william shatner).

You have to book the hotel you are looking at at the price that is listed, just like any other travel site. If you want to Name Your Own Price, you do not necessarily get the hotel you are looking at. You sign in, put in the area, the star rating of the hotels you are willing to take and then put in your bid. If you are lucky, you will get a great (50% or more) discount, but you are at their mercy as to what hotel it is. Good luck!
