i heard andorra is duty free, is it true? what can i find there? is it really cheap?

... Duty free... electrical are about %15 cheaper than Spain and %18 than France.



They have a %4 sales tax now, but it's a great place if you can't get to the Canarías and you want to buy a Watch or new PC, anything over 500€



But I wouldn't go there just for the shopping
