As you have already the right answer I would like to confirm the following points

- (B/B) means the room either single(with supplement for

single use ) or a (shared twin room)+ breakfast

- (H/B ) means: the room + breakfast + a meal ( usually dinner ) some

hotel give you an option to take lunch or dinner

- (Full Board ) means: the room+Lunch+dinner

The meals included in these arrangements are served in the

hotel main restaurant (the à la carte will be with a supplement

The menu for the meal is called " table d'hôte" or regular

menu (set menu or buffet )

Beverage are not included in the menu.

Full Board = 3 meals a day All Inclusive = ALL meals and snacks plus most drinks (they usually limit you to certain spirits). Most also set a limit on using the resorts top of the range restaurants unless you pay a supplement.
