That depends on your citizenship and the countires you want to visit. If, for example, you are from some European countries, you can live and work in many other European countries and there is no restriction on how long you can stay. If you are from the US and want to go to any of the Schengen countries, you can stay as a tourist for up to 90 days without a visa, but then you need to leave the entire zone for at least 90 days before you can return. Different countries have different rules, but you cannot just leave, turn around and go back and start the clock over again. If you want to stay more than 90 days, you need a valid purpose for the stay and you need to get a visa.

the rule is you can spend 90 days in a 6 month period in the country...in little visits or all at one time. if you spend 90 days in, you must then spend 90 days out. If you do this over and over immigration will see the pattern and NOT like it. It looks like you are trying to LIVE in the country without a residence visa...so you cannot do that on a regular basis.
