Have you purchased a ticket from orbitz or cheaptickets.com?Are they dependable?

Have you any other suggestions on good and trusted sites to buy cheap air tickets from.I used Kayak to compare prices and I got the cheapest deals from those two sites but I've never purchased tickets from there.I hope they don't add a lot of hidden fees or give me any kind of problems.

They're dependable, in that yes, they'll make the reservation and give you the confirmation number.



Read the fine print to find out about any fees - they won't charge you anything without telling you about it first.



But personally I just find the flight I like on Orbitz and then go buy it directly from the airline's website.

Hi Amelia - I travel to Europe at least once a year and have used Orbitz exclusively for the past 5 years. I've never had a problem with them (most times it was for airfare and hotel booking). You shouldn't hesitate to give them a try.

Yes, they are dependable. Just went to Tennessee on cheapticket.com. Never got a good deal from Orbitz.
