YES! Get your hand stamped at the exit to allow for re-entry (or if you have a Park Hopper, to allow you to enter the other park). I do this all the time to eat lunch in Downtown Disney.



Also, if you park in the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure, your car has in-and-out privileges all day. Just hop in, drive off to Cheesecake Factory or wherever, and show your Mickey and Friends parking receipt on return.
